📍 Live on Zoom — from the comfort of your home!
Class length:​ Approx 30 mins.
Followed by approx 15 min Q&A catch up at the end of class.

We will be using a Chair!

It would be great if you can have have a chair that allows you to hold the legs if we sat on the floor. I'd also love you to be able to sit on it sideways if needed, so the back won;'t be in the way too much for some moves. Also you should be able to sit on it comfortably without the chair moving - eg your chair should not have wheels - we want you staying in the room ;)

These live classes are always such a beautiful way to connect, move your body, and feel supported — like we’re in the room together 💛

Suitable for all levels - I’ll be guiding you through every move with options and modifications as always.
