That means we've already hosted 3 challenges this year members of my, Online Pilates Studio - the Core Fit Club.

We usually host a monthly members challenge, and often invite all our community to join in;

This program will help you build strength, tone in your arms and upper body.

All other body parts are also worked, just the main focus will be arms.

No special equipment is needed - you can use soup cans if you want to add hand weights.
